Corporate Governance and Its Relationship with the Working Capital Management in Europe

This study aims to investigate the impact of corporate governance on working capital management, which has been relatively overlooked despite its significance performance. Using Ordinary Least Square regression model, a model was developed assess relationship between dependent and independent variables. Secondary data from annual reports 42 non-financial firms listed Frankfort Oslo stock exchanges 2017 2021 were collected. The variable, is indicated by cash holding, while governance, measured through five proxies: board meeting, remuneration, size, CEO tenure. Leverage firm size are involved as control findings revealed that meetings, tenure exhibit positive significant with management. However, demonstrated negative but insignificant relationship. Additionally, showed leverage relationship, In conclusion, suggests future research should focus financial sector conduct comparative analyses other sectors.
